LAH is a lifestyle and health coaching platform. We take care with personal and health-related information you entrust to us. By using the Services, you acknowledge this Policy. For how we provide the Services generally, see our Terms of Service.
2. Information we collect

- Technical data— basic device and usage information needed to operate the website and portal (for example, authentication session data). We do not currently use third-party advertising analytics SDKs on the site.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide coaching, programs, consultations, webinars, and shop fulfillment
- Create and manage accounts, memberships, and appointments

We do not sell your personal data.
4. Health-related information
Health and wellness information you provide is used only to deliver coaching and related Services. Access is limited to authorized LAH staff (such as coaches, assistants, and administrators) who need it for their role. This information is sensitive; please share only what you are comfortable providing for coaching purposes.
LAH is not a medical provider and our processing of health-related data is for lifestyle coaching and service administration—not for clinical diagnosis or treatment.
5. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us run the Services, including:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting

- Email delivery via our SMTP mailbox

- Cloudinary — hosting of images and media we upload
- Hosting and infrastructure providers for the website
- Other participants in community spaces you join (for example, messages you post in a WhatsApp group are visible to other members).
- Legal and safety— when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger), subject to appropriate safeguards.
Providers process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own policies (for example, Paystack and WhatsApp). We require contractual and technical safeguards where appropriate.
6. Cookies and sessions
We use cookies and similar technologies as needed for authentication, security, and core site functionality (for example, keeping you signed in to the client portal). We do not use these technologies for third-party advertising tracking on the LAH site at this time.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Health-related coaching notes and progress logs are kept while your relationship with LAH is active and for a reasonable period afterward unless you request deletion sooner and we are not required to keep the data.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls for staff roles and encrypted connections to our platforms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and protect your devices.
9. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than where you live. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we take steps intended to ensure an appropriate level of protection consistent with this Policy and applicable law.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, update, or delete personal information we hold about you, or ask us to restrict or explain certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing).
To make a request, contact us using the options in the Contact section below. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some data may be retained where we have a legal or legitimate operational need (for example, payment records).
11. Children
The Services are intended for adults (18+) and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can delete it.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy. We may provide additional notice for material changes when appropriate.
